Subject: New online Housing Application Form 

 

The Housing Working Group has launched an online form for housing applications. This form is sent directly to the housing working group. The questions on the online form are the same as the paper version. Applicants who submit a form online will receive an email confirming their form was submitted.  The goal of the online application is to maintain a database of applications, and this prevents them from being lost.  

For anyone who would like to fill out a paper form, they can be requested at the band office. These forms will be entered into the online form by one of the working group members.  

 If members want assistance with filling out an application online can make an appointment with the housing department for assistance.
